Terms & Conditions
MyGeoSource Paperless is a service made available by GeoVera Holdings, Inc., its affiliates, and the insurance company issuing and/or servicing your policy (“We” or “Us” or “Our”). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to Your receipt of paperless policy document notifications. These communications may include customer agreements, disclosures, policy related documents, billing statements, notices, and all other documents or information. When made available and You agree, this service will not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement You have entered or may later enter into with Us.
- You represent that you are the policyholder or are authorized to make this selection regarding receiving paperless documents for the policyholder (“You” or “Your”). Access to this service is restricted to those authorized persons who have a valid Policy Number and who have accepted these terms and conditions. Access or attempted access by unauthorized individuals may be subject to prosecution. You agree to not allow any unauthorized person to use this service through Your access. Use of the service is at Your sole risk.
- Your consent authorizes US to stop providing paper documents. We are required by law to give you certain information “in writing”, which means you are entitled to certain communications on paper. And we may provide certain documents in paper format if we believe it is necessary.
- Some documents are not currently available for Paperless Documents. If those documents become available in an electronic format, we may offer those documents according to your paperless preference. We may also terminate this agreement at any time. In the event you purchase new policies or open new accounts, or if additional policies and/or accounts offer electronic communication capabilities in the future, you authorize US to apply your current paperless communications preferences at that time to those policies and/or accounts. You may change your electronic communication preferences at any time.
- You agree to receive an email notifications for your registered account that gives you access to your policy documents when they are available. If an email is returned as undelivered, we may treat that as a withdrawal of your consent to receive paperless documents. We may mail the communication in paper format using the postal address of record and change your online registered account to receive paper documents. It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate and complete contact email address and to maintain and promptly update this information with GeoVera. If your email address changes, you should update your information by logging in to your account at www.mygeosource.com or by contacting us directly via phone for help.
- Your consent will remain in effect throughout your relationship with GeoVera for all existing and new policies or accounts, and for additional policies that offer paperless document capabilities in the future until that consent is withdrawn.
- You may withdraw your consent to receive paperless documents by logging in to your account at www.mygeosource.com and updating your paperless document preference in Account Settings. Withdrawing your consent will not apply to actions GeoVera already took based upon your consent. Withdrawing your consent to receive paperless documents will also not apply to any separate agreement you have with GeoVera for a service that involves electronic communications, such as Earthquake Alerts. Withdrawing your consent will change your preferences with respect to all GeoVera policies that are subject to this agreement. Geovera may at any time decide to stop sending communications electronically, but before we do, we will let you know by sending you an email at the email address you provided.
- You understand that You will continue to receive insurance documents by mail that are required to be mailed.
- You understand that You may update Your contact email address by logging into myGeoSource.com and updating your contact email information.
- We have a Privacy Statement found at this link: https://www.mygeosource.com/Privacy.aspx, which informs You of how We collect and use information. We also maintain an industry standard data security program, although We cannot guarantee absolute protection. You agree to comply fully with all applicable data privacy laws in relation to Your access and use of the service.
- You acknowledge that: We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to You and it is Your responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time. We reserve the right to add to, remove, change, or terminate access to any of the content or functions of the service without notice to You. We may perform maintenance on Our equipment or system, which may result in interrupted service or errors in the service. We also may change the scope of Our service from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the service indicates Your agreement to any such change.

- By Your use of the services selected by You, you agree to these terms and conditions and the terms of the Legal Notices.
System requirements: If you would like to access, view, or print paperless documents, you will need the following hardware and software:
- An Internet-enabled electronic device with access to the Internet that can send and receive email.
- A printer if you want to keep your own paper records.

GeoVera is not liable for any damages that arise out of providing paperless documents under this agreement. If you do not agree to all the following, do not complete the form below.
- I acknowledge that I have read this agreement and I consent to receiving paperless documents from GeoVera. I understand that I will no longer receive paper communications through postal mail where electronic receipt is available, except for certain documents where paper documents are required by law. I understand I may also request a paper copy as described above.
- I understand that my consent is valid until it is withdrawn, as described above.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to update my contact email address with Geovera as described above.
- I can meet the system requirements described above.
- I understand I am electronically signing this document and providing evidence of my consent to receive paperless documents from GeoVera.
I have viewed the Paperless Documents Terms and Conditions and agree to receive paperless policy documents from GeoVera and their affiliates.
